Responsibilities: 
? Work closely with EHS managers and other function in Pinghu to effective develop and implement company EHS policies, practices and procedures.
? Conduct the EHS related training 
? Working together with EHS Manager to manage EHS documents and records, such MSDS, chemical list, OH files etc. 
? Monitor and inspect the safe behaviors and conditions are maintained throughout the facilities.
? Provide “hands on” assistance to ensure company objectives are met.
? Ensure investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action for all incidents are properly conducted, involve for SIF incidents.
? Conduct daily safety inspection and tracking the follow up action. Include the EHS performance of contractor 
? Keep good communication with related governmental departments and make sure that company operation comply with the laws of national safety, health, fire protection, environment etc.;
? Maintain and improve site emergency response plan.
? Other tasks to be assigned by Leader
? and Employee Health and Safety;
? Plan and implement effective Safety Programs and Training;
? Demonstrate Safety Program effectiveness through reductions in employee injuries;
? Develop and maintain written procedures related to S.H.E; manage the inspection of facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations;

QUALIFICATIONS:
? At least bachelor degree, majoring in EOHS, food, engineering, industry or other related;
? More than five years experience in EOHS in manufacturing industry, be familiar with EOHS system;
? Good communication skill；
? Strick working style, efficient, decisive;
? Able to deal with pressure；
? Good oral and written English；
? Priority for candidate with Registered Safety Engineer certificate for chemical industry
