Purpose & Objectives of Position 崗位目的

負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品的前端檢驗(yàn)工作，對(duì)前端供方的制程與結(jié)果，進(jìn)行質(zhì)量確認(rèn)，保留驗(yàn)收記錄，必要時(shí)參與陪同客戶見(jiàn)證，并對(duì)項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收過(guò)程出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量不符合項(xiàng)進(jìn)行跟蹤整改，形成閉環(huán)管理。
Be responsible for the inspection of project products on supplier side, conduct quality acceptance for supplier manufactureprocess and shipments, keep acceptance records, accompany customers to witness when necessary, and track andrectify non-conformities that occur during the project acceptance process to form a closed-loop management.

Specific Accountability 具體職責(zé)

1.參與項(xiàng)目前期制造技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和驗(yàn)收要求的確認(rèn)Advanced participate in the confirmation of manufacturing technical standards and acceptance requirements
2.理解并掌握項(xiàng)目制造執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和驗(yàn)收要求并創(chuàng)建相關(guān)程序文件Understand and master the project manufacturing execution standards and acceptance requirements, and create relevantprocedure documents
3.根據(jù)既定執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和驗(yàn)收要求對(duì)供方制造過(guò)程和結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收并保留記錄Inspect the supplier manufacture process and results according to the requirements, keep records
4.參與客戶在供方端的見(jiàn)證陪同并糾正質(zhì)量相關(guān)不符合項(xiàng)Participate in customer witnessing on supplier side, accompany and correct quality-related non-conformities
5.根據(jù)要求審核供方端質(zhì)量文件及記錄Review of the supplier quality documents and records as required
6.直線領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作。

Job Qualification 任職資格
1.機(jī)械類專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷。
Machinery major above college degree.
2.3年以上質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉焊接、鑄、機(jī)加工，有船舶或海工行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
More than 3 years of quality inspection experience, familiar with welding, casting andmachining process. Working experience in the shipbuilding industry or offshore ispreferred.
3.熟練使用常規(guī)計(jì)量及檢驗(yàn)儀器/設(shè)備，包括但不限于卷尺、卡尺、千分尺、厚儀等。
Be able to use common inspection & measurement tools, including but not limited by tapecaliper, micrometer, film thickness gauge, etc.
4.能夠充分理解工程圖紙及技術(shù)規(guī)范。
Be able to understand engineering drawing and standard
5.熟悉海工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)優(yōu)先 
Familiarity with offshore standards is preferred
6.具備基礎(chǔ)的英文文件創(chuàng)作能力 
Have the ability to create basic English documents
7.身體健康
Good health 
8.勤懇的工作態(tài)度、主動(dòng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和敏銳的質(zhì)量洞察力。
Diligent working attitude, active learning ability and acuminous intuitivism.
